This house has been 3D designed brick by brick and is offered unpainted or hand painted (in larger scales). This listing is for the building and water tank only. The scenic items etc shown are for display purposes only. The lower section of the print has been designed to show water damage/damp as shown in the painted version.
The model includes a foundation which measures approx 2mm in 1:76 scale (OO Gauge). This is to allow the building to be more realistically embedded into paving/scenery.
